I got a new computer after my HP tx2000 crashed. It was an artist's paradise and favorite piece of technology. The touch screen was superb and had pinpoint accuracy that was perfected by pressure activation and a pen-like stylus. It was a solid 500GB, Intel Pentium processor, touch screen laptop.
Now I have a touch screen Acer tablet hybrid. It's tiny, light, and great for school use.
The only thing I can do with it is browse the web, play small app games, take pictures, and listen to music. Because the tablet not only has finger-responsive touch screen, but also has 64gb of memory and an Intel Atom processor. To top that off, we "upgraded"

No problem at all, it's just kinda funny when people feel the need to steal and then claim its their own. And that's really cool! I loved the picture and I needed to practice, so I just kinda drew it. Since then I've noticed it's really popular and many people use it as a reference or (in your daughter's case) tattoo idea.
